Hi! I'm Kelsey!
I’m an author-illustrator, designer, publishing strategist, and the founder of Kit & Quill. My picture book Missy Moo the Highland Coo sold over 10,000 copies in 18 months and won a Silver Moonbeam Children’s Book Award. Over the last five years, I’ve brought 70+ books to life. (You might also know me from my publishing house, Brown Paper Fox!)
My training covers Graphic Design and Marketing (Conestoga), Public Relations (U of Victoria), Project Management (PMI), and Publishing (TMU). I founded Kit & Quill because too many talented independent authors get stuck in the technical maze of self-publishing, and you shouldn’t have to choose between a generic template and a cold, corporate agency.
