Deliverable: Fully executed backend account setup, metadata input, pricing configuration, file upload, and error-free previewer validation on up to two (2) platforms (Amazon KDP and/or IngramSpark).

Included Scope:

• Inputting metadata, interior/cover files, pricing, ISBNs, categories, and royalty payout details provided by the client.

• Troubleshooting technical file upload rejections (e.g., bleed, trim errors, font embedding).

• Revisions Included: Fixing upload/formatting errors flagged by platform automated reviewers during the setup process.

Explicit Scope Boundaries & Exclusions:

• Client Account Access Required: Client must provide temporary delegate access or login credentials.

• No Account Creation/Tax Verification: The client must independently create their own KDP/Ingram accounts and complete their own government tax tax forms due to legal/financial regulations.

• Platform Approval Delays: Our timeline covers our submission work. Platform manual review times (which can take 24–72 hours by Amazon/Ingram) are outside our control.

• Single Version Upload: Covers uploading one (1) final interior and one (1) final cover. Submitting revised manuscript files after initial validation requires a $100 re-upload fee.
